Terry and his crew recently replaced our lower level floors from slate tile to LVP (approx 1500 sqft). They took care of the demo (they guys worked insanely hard covered in dust for days!), installation of new LVP and baseboards. The crew worked hard, communicative and the end result looks great. I also got 3 different quotes and they were the most competitive. Would use again for other parts of the home!

Persistent FCP fooring come out to my home and the gentleman was all by himself I have 3 bedroom and a hallway plus stairs because my home is two levels and the gentleman did a great job all alone I see him pick up 200 pounds of Carpet by himself upstairs it was amazing I asked if he needed help he told me no I got it plus I put both of my central air units. At 70 degrees. He told me turn off boat air conditions. Carpet won’t come out right when it’s cold. It was 110° today. Here in Las Vegas if I could give them 10 stars I would do yourself a favor you need flooring you need carpet you need tile don’t look for no one else. You press the button and give them the lead and they will take over the price was phenomenal. They put in a little under 1500 ft.² of carpet plus stairs. I also gave them 3 more jobs on my rental properties 1 house is 2400 square feet I’m telling you don’t look further don’t waste your time when I found them last week. He instantly called me. Don’t be scared to send him money through Zelle PayPal Cash app or Venmo because he’s 100% legitimate and trust. It’s a family man god bless you my friend and your family also he cleaned up everything perfectly 10+10 reading god bless 🙏🏻

I came across Terry through reviews on this site. I have worked with many contractors in LV area and he stood out as very responsive, on time, great to communicate with. He responded to my request asap, provide the quote quickly, and was ready to start working right away. At the end of each day, he also provided photo updates of what has been done and where things stand. I never had to chase on timing or babysit the project. His crew installed 800 sq ft of LVP on my top floor and stairs in about 4 days, including prep and floor leveling work. Because he specialize in flooring, he is very knowledgeable, and provide some selections to choose from. His quote was fair and in line with other contractors. I will definitely hire him again for other flooring related work.

I initially hired them to lay down approx 1000 sq of carpet for my upstairs. They did such a great job, I literally hired them again 2 weeks later to lay down 1100 sq foot of laminate flooring. Their attention to detail on the laminate flooring was exceptional. I made a comment to the professionals and all they said was “we do it as if we were doing our own home”. Perfectly said!!!
