- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing Details Our pricing is based on the square footage of the home, the number of bathrooms, and the number of rooms to determine a base rate. We also offer optional add-ons that may affect the final price depending on your specific cleaning needs. Recurring Discounts: 15% off for weekly clients 10% off for bi-weekly clients 5% off for monthly clients Cancellation Policy: We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a 50% charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs and the size of your space. Then, we provide a quote and go over any add-ons you might want. Once everything is confirmed, we schedule your cleaning, gather your information and show up ready to get the job done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been cleaning our whole life, but my experience in the military really leveled up my skills. My MOS taught me how to make sure things are not just clean, but truly maintained — and how to keep them that way efficiently.
