I want to leave a very positive review even though the job didn’t end up happening. I called this service after being burned by another company that left me stranded, and even though it was a holiday, they bent over backwards to try to help.
They spent an hour doing everything possible to find me a cleaner, kept me updated, and treated me with real respect. The effort alone impressed me — it’s rare to see that kind of customer service these days.
On top of that, their price was far more reasonable than the first company I called (closer to $120–$150 instead of $250+). If timing and the holiday hadn’t worked against me, I’m confident they would have delivered.
This is the kind of company I’ll call again — professional, fair, and genuinely customer-focused.
