- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts: 10% labor discount to first responders, military, veterans, teachers, and healthcare workers. Make sure to let me know if you qualify! Fees: -$40 travel fee in the Reno/Sparks area. $0.50/mi. Outside Reno/Sparks. - 2 hour minimum labor charge for all jobs. Labor time is calculated as Portal to Portal including travel time, parts pickups, etc… unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the project. - $69 estimates - estimate fee will be credited towards final invoice if job is accepted and completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will contact me and we will talk over the job. I then like to get pictures or better yet if I can come see the project. I get them an estimate. We move forward with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Military training in the electrical field. Trade school for HVAC/R. 15+ years experience as a commercial refrigeration and hvac technician. And over a decade of home ownership.
