Hi! I teach guitar and bass guitar to students of all ages, all levels and all styles. With 30 years of teaching experience, I have become a very popular and successful music teacher in Long Island and Queens. My main goal is make sure that you thoroughly enjoy the instrument and music. I want you to experience the joy of playing that makes the pros want to do what they do. I was able to get in touch with Jaf very quickly and he was able to accommodate the lesson times that I wanted. Our first lesson went great. He asked me a lot of good questions on what I wanted out of the lessons. It's great to have an instructor that can adapt to my style.

Jaf helped me get ready for a gig that challenged me as a guitar player. I’m self-taught and needed someone to make me sound more polished. I also never played guitar solos before, and he taught me how to construct and be comfortable playing a lead. I really appreciated the variations and options he presented, letting me craft the sound I wanted.

Jaf is an amazing guitar teacher. I started lessons with Jaf over 20 years ago and he’s had a tremendous impact on my playing. I once played guitar in a band with which I recorded a music video that received over 1.25 million views on YouTube…I was able to write the song that got that number of views and record the guitar parts to it because of Jaf. If you want to become a good guitarist, learning from Jaf is the right move!
