Chef Tom is the real McCoy! My girlfriends and I hired him to prepare a four course meal during a ladies getaway weekend and his talent was nothing short of outstanding. From Chef Tom’s arrival to his departure, he delivered! The canapé selections were beautifully arranged and tasted great. Personal favorite: smoked salmon with herb cream cheese on pumpernickel. For appetizers, he prepared a crab cake on a bed of mixed greens in a flavorful lemon zest dressing. Let’s just say, all 10 of us agreed that the crab cake was the best one we’ve ever consumed. It was cooked to perfection with minimal breading and hearty crab throughout. For the main course…we had Black Sea bass and scallops on puréed potatoes, with an assortment of perfectly seasoned veggies and potatoes cooked in duck fat, yes duck fat! It was beyond delicious. Lastly we had the apple tart tatin with vanilla ice cream, topped with warm Hennessy and rum caramel sauce. You can only imagine the richness of this dessert. Beyond the details shared above, it’s obvious that Chef Tom went to culinary school and understands the importance of flavors and seasoning and not just salt. His ability to present and plate food is so artistic and carefully thought out. I am so elated that I made the best decision to hire Chef Tom to receive the best private food service experience. Did I mention he brought personalized menus and cleaned up everything? Did I also mention that he traveled from Long Island, NY to East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania? We were thoroughly impressed and if you want to experience the same, you shouldn’t hesitate to hire him. Whether you have a party of 2 or 10, you’re guaranteed to be in awe of his cooking abilities.

Tom Scott is a professional chef.. Wow the food he prepared for my Thanksgiving 2020 for 8 people absolutely delicious. Absolutely delicious. I STRONGLY recommend Chef Tom Scott why he took the time to listen to what my needs were an created a master piece. He made several dishes name only a few because everything taste very good especially the curry goat , stew chicken with the rice an peas omg an the mac an cheese to die for , the beets , mix vegetables nicely done and the stuffing very tasty, the cheese cake definitely definitely must have the gram crackers crust omg It is gone ! This was my very first time using a personal chef an I will definitely have Tom prepare all of my future catering meals. Once you find a quality chef 👌 who takes the care to prepare an serve you exactly what you want why go anywhere else. Thank you Tom for making my Thanksgiving of 2020 very tasty an memorable.

We asked Chef Tom to prepare a 6 course tasting menu with pass around hours d’oeuvres to start. Everything was spectacular and our party of 10 all had their favorites. The black truffle angelotti tallogio emulsion and monkfish topped the list. His two helpers were efficient and very friendly, and it was a huge relief to finish our dessert and have no dirty dishes or pots and pans left to clean. They left the place spotless. If you want a really special evening in your home, try this.
