- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices listed are for 2 men ONLY. Packing jobs are for 2 men as well. Anything else that requires more will be charged more. Obviously, when we talk we can adjust prices based on what you need. The above is just our standard Thumbtack pricing. ***Please note our travel time with or without a truck is counted in your hourly rate or flat price. The *ONLY FEE* we have is a $150 Long Carry & Stairs Fee. We only ever apply it in the following 2 situations: 1. If we can’t park within 50 feet (3 cars’ length) of your residence/ office we will charge a long carry fee. Unless there is nothing you can do about that. 2. If there Are stairs you didn’t tell us about prior, we will also charge a stairs fee of $150.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we respond here,We start with a preliminary ********** to discuss the aspects of the job. We gather details, then work out a final price. Then we collect a 25% deposit. We will then follow up with a ********** or *************** our attendance for the job the day before.
