Justin Noel is a 20-year beverage and hospitality industry professional. He is lucky enough to have worked in 10 countries across 4 continents. He is the current owner and partner in Sweetwater Social, Goldbar and Coco & Cru, and Closing Time Cocktails Inc., and former owner of 1534, which was nominated for Worlds Best Cocktail Bar in 2011. Justin has consulted on and created cocktail programs for some of the biggest bars and restaurants. A former national brand ambassador for D'usse Cognac, Corzo Tequila, Mionetto Prosecco, & Espolon Tequila, and currently the Director of Trade Advocacy for the London Essence Co. A big advocate of the zero-proof cocktail movement and all agave-based spirits. Justin has appeared on several tv shows, like Squawk Box, Fox & Friends, The Today Show, etc, doing cocktail demos and classes. Justin loves educating and teaching people how to craft unique cocktails for the moment and how to incorporate fresh local ingredients into those cocktails. Currently, Justin is hosting online cocktail classes on ChefsFeed, PopUp at Home and on Youtube to raise funds for service hospitality professionals in need due to Covid-19.

Justin was incredible! Right from the start he was responsive, and professional. He had amazing ideas for unique and tasty Halloween drinks for our party. Every person at the party commented on how good the drinks were!! He is definitely our go to bartender moving forward for all our parties!!

Justin and crew made our backyard wedding a success and truly special. Our previous bartenders dropped out two weeks before the event and I’m so glad I found Justin’s shop. He instantly put me at ease by anticipating everything we would need, and asking thoughtful questions about covid protocol and logistics. I had a very specific cocktail in mind, and he not only executed it perfectly, but improved upon the original that I had in mind. His serving staff was also warm, friendly, and incredible. Truly grateful and wish we could do it all again!
