I had an excellent experience with Vladimir from start to finish. I needed a window crank replaced and Vladimir quickly responded, examined the window and ordered the replacement parts. He had great follow up in setting up time with my tenant to install the crank and was highly responsive in communications. Highly recommend.

I broke a pane of glass in a large window as I was cleaning it! And once I put out a call for help on Thumbtack, within minutes I heard from Window Service LLC. They came and measured within an hour, and installed the next day taking the broken window and glass away.
