I loved Natalia from the moment I first saw her! She came 2-3 minutes before our scheduled time for my cat's haircut (with mats). She did an outstanding job! She was so kind, gentle, respectful and compassionate with her. I didn't hear my cat complain, and this was her first haircut and bath in her 8 years of life! Whenever I need another grooming, she will be definitively the one to call. I was unable to check all the boxes above (due to the limit of only 3 items), otherwise I was going to check all 5 for her! (+ punctuality and responsiveness).

A gem grows in Brooklyn Today we had our first experience with the groomer they call Natalia. Please read her profile. Everything she says there is the absolute truth. Natalia‘s patients, love, and empathy for animals shows the moment she walked into our door. She took her time to ensure that she Bathe, cut, and unmated my daughter’s dog fur. Appa who doesn’t often take well to strangers literally melted into her kindness. I truly know that we have found our groomer. Thank you, Natalia!

Natalia understands English as long as you speak slowly. She groomed my Russian Blue cat — even though he was not happy. He has a high pitched growl and when he was agitated, she gave him a time out and words of encouragement until he calmed down and she was able to continue. My only criticism is that the products she used have a very strong perfume. I would have preferred something lighter and fresher. I’m amazed that she was able to remove his mats, shampoo him, and brush him out. She is very good with frightened animals.

Natalia helped me out of a disastrous situation. My cats needed grooming badly. She did a phenomenal job with my two fury babies. She provided fast service and completed a professional job. My pets look as if they were going to a pet competition. She came straight to my home and left it how she met it. My cats were not traumatized they were very happy. I will rebook. Sometimes in life you get lucky well no this was a blessing.
