So I’ve worked with Rush on numerous occasions and there are plenty of bright spots. But if I had to dial in a few the main points I’d make is that he’s really good at connecting with the client’s vision and being ready to serve that and combine it with his unique eye and own personal vision. Also he’s a great hang which personally helped me feel comfortable and flexible to perform and try things. I never felt restricted and the possibilities just open up and he really feeds on that in a great way. Also he’s very punctual and communicative and gets you fired up to get things done.
