Was missing an entire row of tiles after redoing my basement. He was very helpful and knew exactly what to do. I couldn’t find the matching tiles and decided to do a design with mosaic tiles. Very good job, very professional and great mannerism. Job was done very well, cleaned up afterwards like they were never there at all

Had Cara Flooring out to do some tile work in my apartment. Ermal was great to deal with when planning the service and did an awesome job while here. It turned out to be a larger project than expected (poor work done before and an old building). He walked me through the extra work he had to do and charged an extremely reasonable price. He had all the tiles and tools needed, too. I would give Cara a 10/10 rating any day. You can see the before and after photos. There is a tile color difference because he had to replace some bad ones, which was also unexpected but much appreciated.

I had Cara regrout the tiles in my bathroom, and he did an amazing job. The tiles look fresh and clean, and the entire space feels renewed.
He was also very easy to work with and flexible around my schedule, which I really appreciated. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything neat and tidy.
I’m very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing tile work done.

Ermal contacted me immediately, after I submitted my late evening request for service, and he was ready to set up a visit to assess the job. Upon arrival the next day, he was prepared & ready to complete the job right away! He assessed the condition of my bathroom tiles, cleaned & installed new grout, and replaced other tiles. Ermal also removed old caulk around my bathroom tub, and sealed it completely with new caulk. He even put in my new shower head (which wasn’t part of the initial job). Ermal was friendly, very helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions! I would recommend him to friends & family.
