Whenever I’m in a class with Tara, I leave having a better day. While I have been practicing yoga actively for about 7 years now, Tara’s teaching style is like no other. She has an ability to explain the poses in a way where each class is a discovery! And she designs her flows with clearly so much intention — her classes always have a healing and restoring quality to them. Also — whether its an in-person class or virtual, she’s great at identifying people’s need and adjusting poses to them. For example, when I had a nee injury she was able to offer some great alternatives that allowed me to still get the most out of my practice. She is my favorite yoga teacher!
