Chris responded to first call immediately and came out within 90 minutes as he said. Programmed new key fob and opened door for my locked vehicle at the reasonable price he quoted me for. Will definitely use this service in the future when needed.

Great service. Came within an hour and a half of initial call. Got a new key made for our car within 20 minutes and made a spare key for cheaper than any of the competitors. Customer service was on point and very polite. Would highly recommend him to everyone I know

I would recommend this business to anyone. I was calling around for prices to get a replacement key since I had lost mine and Citys was by far the best. They could prove the replacement service even without the original key. Chris had great communication from start to finish, even helping me to find products Id want in the future. He also drove over the same day even though it was late. Thank you again for all of your help!!
