My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Joe. He was punctual, or would let us know if he was running late, polite, and very professional. He had to spend extra time and effort to create a smooth transition between the new hardwood and an inlay that was not the same height. It felt good to know that his many years of experience enabled him to do that. We have a couple of thresholds we'll ask Joe to do when we can afford it. We would not hesitate to hire him again.
