John replaced a deck and remodeled a bathroom. Outstanding service, in all respects, from start to finish. He responded within 15 minutes of my Thumbtack request for a pro, arranged an on-site appointment and completed the visit professionally. He started the work within the week and completed on time, within budget and with perfect results. His attention to detail is above and beyond any of the many other contractors I've hired. iam very transparent on pricing and labor,I'll show the customer the materials list and the labor all up front so that everyone is clear and on board.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my first thing is always use drop clothes and seal everything up before I start the job and at the end of every day I clean up like I was never there that day.and i always have my contract with me the first day of work,in some cases before.

I started in boces 10 through 12th grade and been in the remodeling business ever since.
