Marty and I founded Emerald in 2000 to be the hardest-working home comfort company. I did the books and he fixed the home comfort systems. Now we've got a whole team of Top Ducks to help us keep Western New York families comfortable year-round. Marty always tells our team to "be like a duck on the water."
