Well when I called the number provided, it was I’m thinking the person who does the work. He said I’ll have my daughter call you, she is the one who handles the appointments. I said ok. She calls me back instantly and I tell her my situation and I said I would like an estimate. So, she then tells me to send her pictures to her cell phone and she would give me an estimate. I’m like well that doesn’t sound right or professional to me. I said to myself, Like don’t come over and “look” at the tub and measure it? Don’t show me your product? So needless to say, I DID NOT send her any pictures of my tub. It just sounded wrong and crazy to me.
