Grago picked up our furniture pallet from the Maspeth shipping terminal and delivered two beds and a table to three separate customers. Our customers expect white glove assembly service and Grago went above and beyond to ensure they were 100% satisfied. The customers were very impressed by his service and professionalism and he maintained excellent communication with me throughout the delivery. We will definitely be calling Grago the next time we ship into NYC.

Every question I had was answered to my satisfaction, they were prompt, cheerful, polite and confident. They moved the furniture needed to get the piano out and carefully put it right back where it belonged.
