Back in April, my husband and I learned we would need to move from Long Island to Staten Island by June 1st. That gave us just a month and a half to completely renovate our apartment before moving in. We met with several contractors through Thumbtack, but after our first consultation with QC Infinity Contracting Services, we immediately knew we wanted to work with Q. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent—qualities that instantly set him apart from the others. Initially, we had planned to renovate only the kitchen. However, after seeing Q’s fair and competitive pricing compared to other contractors, we decided to renovate the entire apartment instead. Even though we weren’t living in Staten Island yet, Q made the process seamless. We communicated daily through text, phone calls, and FaceTime, and he kept us updated every step of the way. Throughout the renovation, Q consistently checked in, offered us design options and materials, and sought our input before moving forward. I’m very particular about design details, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, and Q was patient and accommodating the entire time. Even though we had to make decisions quickly due to our time crunch, the process felt smooth and organized, and the results exceeded our expectations. The scope of work was extensive: we completely replaced all the flooring, repainted every wall, added insulation in the living room and bedroom, renovated two bedrooms, built a closet, fully gutted and remodeled both the kitchen and bathroom, added multiple light fixtures and outlets throughout the apartment, fixed a leak in one of the bedrooms, and even installed a washer/dryer unit. Q and his team worked tirelessly—often every day—to ensure everything was finished on time. What truly stood out was how Q handled challenges. He always had a solution ready and resolved issues without adding stress to our plates. His team was respectful, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. It was an absolute pleasure working with Q, and we trust him completely for any future projects. We’re already looking forward to working with him again.
