Frank did an excellent job in replacing an old leaking galvanized drain pipe with PVC pipe. He was also very prompt and came the following day. I will use him again for future plumbing needs

I needed a quick fix on 2 toilets, one that wouldn’t flush, and the other with a failing Fluidmaster. Frank listened to my issues, and was confident without being arrogant - he put me at ease, and was able to come out for repair within a few hours. He was creative in his repair approach, and didn’t leave until he had tested both toilets multiple times. Most important to me is that he listened, didn’t talk over me, and didn’t talk down to me just because I’m a woman (that happens a lot in home repair/construction, and it’s unacceptable!)

We had a leak between the toilet tank and seat, and my husband tried to fix it but couldn’t. Then the plumbing started leaking too, so we had to replace the toilet right away. I contacted Francisco in the evening, and he went to Home Depot the next morning to look for a new toilet, gave us advice before buying, and arrived at our house by 11 a.m. He worked quickly, cleaned everything up nicely, and even placed tissue on the floor to check for leaks. Very professional and efficient. We were very satisfied.
