My husband and I are new homeowners. We recently noticed a leak underneath a window in one of our bedrooms. After having several people (roofing/siding/window contractors and handymen) inspect the area inside and out, we decided to go with Nelson since he was able to address both the drywall and leaking. Nelson was responsive and transparent. We came to the conclusion that the issue was the siding, etc. wasn’t installed properly around the window. He diagnosed the problem, answered all of our questions, explained the repair process step-by-step (including what potential issues there could be but that wouldn’t likely be known until after he started the work), and gave us a reasonable quote. After starting the work, we learned that there was a significant amount of rotted wood inside the wall. As new homeowners, this really concerned us but Nelson handled it. Nelson removed all the rotted wood and built back up what framing was needed. He put the window and siding back up properly using siding the previous owner left us. The work, inside and out, looks great. Additionally, Nelson took care of some more minor issues around our house (holes in drywall, paint, spackling). We are very happy with Nelson and his team and will definitely hire them again in the future for big and small jobs. Thank you Nelson, Joel, and Rudy!

Nelson, Rudy and the crew did a wonderful job of replacing our damaged wood floors, doing some painting, replacing an old faucet and cutting and doing the trim on a closet door . We're so glad we hired them. They were prompt, careful, clean and honest. We would definitely hire them again.
