- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1) The regular prices for furniture assembly are for the first hour of assembly, and the second and subsequent hours are charged at a rate of \$75 per hour. 2) The cost of my materials (anchors, hooks, screws, and so on) used during the order may be added to the order price. 3) For any first order, you can get a 10% discount from the regular price by using the promo code "HANDYMAN -10%"!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer places an order preferably with photos or links. Next, we coordinate the working conditions and the most convenient time for the customer to complete the order. After that, the employee arrives at a convenient time and at the address specified by the customer. The work is carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible so that the customer is completely satisfied! At the end of the order, the customer pays for the order in any convenient way and leaves a fair review.
