- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Impact Real Estate Managementhas one of they most comprehensive fees in the industry. We do not charge extra for project management or refinancing underlying loans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will conduct a complete review of all aspects of the property from financial to physical. We will work with the board to prepare a budget and plan to meet those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our managers have a minimum of 5 years experience. They each attend continuing education and seminars in order to stay on top of new regulations and trends.
