- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes delivery and installation. We also charge the NYS sales tax, but if you're a home owner you're able to sign an ST124 form as our panels qualify as a capital improvement. We offer an array of bulk discounts for orders above 5k, 10k, 15k and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first part of the process is getting a rough quote, which requires your zip code, number of windows, approximate window size, and a few photos of your window(s). If the pricing looks good, the next step is to schedule an onsite consultation with one of our technicians. From there we'll send over a contract and invoice for the selected configuration, and your panels will delivered and installed within 10-20 business days!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We can work with renters with only one window, to homeowners looking to soundproof every window in their home! We're familiar with a wide variety of customers, and we know that each person has different soundproofing needs. We make sure our solutions are custom selected for each customer.
