Absolutely 100% great person to work with! Ray replaced a furnace for us in our mobile home. He responded immediately to our request for an estimate and set up a timely appt, which was much appreciated. We did reach out to 4 other HVAC companies, and they never called us back, or their estimates were extremely high. Ray thoroughly assessed what needed to be done , explained in full detail, and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We immediately decided to hire him and happy that we did! Ray Aaron (owner) is a pro. My upstairs AC went out on a hot night in July and within 20 mins of submitting a request on Thumbtack, Ray was on the phone with me. 30 mins later he was at my house replacing a failed capacitor. 30 mins later the system was back up and running and we were able to sleep upstairs. I couldn’t dream of a better response or resolution.
