My old kitchen faucet handle broke off in my hand at 11pm and needed an emergency replacement. Read some great reviews for D*N*A and called. Darren (the D in DNA) sent me a text at 4:59 AM! Called him about 8am. Cut to the chase. He told me what faucet brand to get and said he'd be by late afternoon. I've been in high end NYC real estate for 30 years and have had to hire many plumbers for very demanding clients. Darren is one of, if not the best, I've ever hired. 5 stars for responsiveness, professionalism, speed, and workmanship. 10 stars for personality! He didn't like the water pressure in the new faucet at first. He could have left it but diagnosed it and drove to Home Depot and replaced the whole unit. I'll never lose his phone number. I literally never write reviews but Darren is a special find and deserves it.

I wish I had found Darren earlier. It would have saved me so much time and headaches. Communication via text before the visit was good and Darren arrived within the time frame agreed upon. Darren was able to re-install an undermount bathroom sink and connect the piping underneath. It was a project where I had failed. I installed the sink without using silicon to seal it first. Darren was able to resolve all these issues and did so in less than an hour. What I liked most about how Darren worked is that he ran the faucet while he cleaned up the work area and packed his tools. This was enough time to make sure that there are no leaks. It's rare to find a plumber who is this thorough. Most will just run the faucet for a few seconds and you wil realize issues later. All of his many reviews are 5 stars - that doesn't happen by chance. Darren never asked me to leave a review. I'm doing it because I am very happy with the service he provided.
