I especially love working with high school, college, and grad students to achieve their academic goals and coaching young professionals to craft careers they love. With a background in education and psychology from Harvard, I offer clients with customized coaching and support to get where they want to go.

I was extremely impressed on the coaching I received from Patrick Healy- he was smart and attentive- and he was very helpful in helping me reach my professional goals- he set me on the right path- and I am happy to say- he helped me accomplish what I wanted to -but was struggling to figure out the next step- he guided me in the right direction. Working with Pat has immediately helped me both in my career as well as support my own well-being. I suffer from anxiety both inside and outside the workplace, the exercises and tips I got from my sessions with Pat have helped me both be more confident and calm in work, and deal with adversity outside of the office. Each session does a great job of building on the prior one, and Pat does a great job of striking a balance between providing guidance while still letting me drive the conversation and use the tools that will benefit me the most.
