Meruyert was absolutely wonderful to work with. She responds very quickly to questions and requests, and even though I reached out last minute, she made sure I was taken care of. Since she couldn’t attend personally, she sent her associate, Ruslan — and I’m so glad she did! Ruslan was incredible. He was professional, kind, and truly passionate about capturing every moment of our proposal. He always had a smile on his face and went above and beyond — at one point he even served us a plate from our picnic charcuterie board! He was also thoughtful enough to take a few photos for us on the spot (since my fiancé and I didn’t grab our phones during the moment) and later created a small video clip while on his way home. Both Meruyert and Ruslan made this such a special experience for us. They were worth every dollar, and I cannot wait to see the final photos and video — I already know they’ll be amazing. Thank you, Meruyert and Ruslan! I’m so happy to have connected with this team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring, talented, and dedicated photographers.
