Eldar did an excellent job repairing my washing machine that wasn’t completing the spin cycle. He first came out to diagnose the problem and even did a cleanup at no charge. When the issue continued, he was flexible enough to return on a weekend, which I really appreciated. His communication, punctuality, and professionalism were outstanding. The repair was completed, the machine works perfectly now, and his pricing was very fair. Highly recommend!

Came home from vacation to find that my oven was not working. Got in touch with OSM and they called me back almost immediately. They were here the next morning and very quickly diagnosed the problem and then repaired it. They were professional, pleasant to work with and took care of a problem so quickly and so efficiently… It was a pleasure to work with them, and I would highly recommend them for any appliance repair work. Will definitely use them again in the future.
