Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you appreciated our handyman tasks like replacing door knobs and changing door orientation. Unfortunately, we have never met with you in person, and all communication we had was with your partner Eric. Regarding your concerns about the painting work, we’d like to clarify that we protected the floor with drop cloths and plastic, as well as taped baseboards, to ensure no paint drops could appear on the floor. It’s possible the drops you found were from a previous paint job. Additionally, we fixed an arch at no cost to you after the previous plasterer you hired didn’t do it properly. We also removed all curtain rods and fixed the walls free of charge. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the oversight on the door. One of the doors needed an additional coat of paint. To address this, we offered to come back and fix it, but your partner Eric decided to take care of it himself. You also received a $100 discount for the inconvenience.
