Rachel is a true culinary genius, not just in the ability to conjure up dishes from ingredients you have on hand, while keeping your dietary and wellness goals at the center of her creations. Her immense knowledge of nutrition and the body, with how each micro and macro nutrient interact with it, and yet whip up an amazingly delicious meal, puts her right at the top of my go-to chefs for a fitness and nutrition zealot like me. Thanks Rachel for all the lovely meals, and for imparting knowledge on how to identify quality of the ingredients that I couldn't learn from reading a 1000 blogs or watching hours of videos
