I’ve been working with Alex since December, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the very first free session, it was clear he was the right fit for me. He took the time to do a proper assessment of where I was starting from rather than just pushing me hard for the sake of it, which really showed he cared about my long-term progress and well-being. We do weight training once a week, and one of the things I appreciated most was how mindful Alex was of my starting point. I came in recovering from an eating disorder, and he was incredibly supportive and careful to ensure we didn’t do too much too fast. Thanks to his support, I’ve continued to make strides in my recovery. Alex is super flexible within sessions and always adapts the training plan to whatever gym I have available when I’m not with him, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent. He’s engaging, encouraging, and breaks down tough exercises into really small, manageable steps. And as a woman, sometimes it can be challenging to find a trainer you feel truly comfortable with. Alex has always made me feel comfortable and respected, which is very important to me. Overall, the cost is very reasonable for the personalized attention you get, and I’m a lot stronger and more confident now thanks to Alex. If you’re looking for a skilled trainer who really listens and tailors everything to you, he’s your guy!

I’ve been doing personal training sessions with Alex for about half a year now and he has been great to work with! He’s very reliable and always comes prepared with a plan for our sessions. He’s mindful of working with a client on one’s specific goals as well as being cognizant of any injuries or limitations. He has helped me to build strength and recover from a minor injury I’ve been dealing with. Alex has been very flexible when my scheduling needs aren’t always consistent from week to week which has been great in keeping me on track with my training, and he goes above and beyond in that he has offered helpful nutrition advice, as well as sending me workouts to do on my own in between our sessions together. Alex takes his clients through progressions of different exercises always making sure you have the proper form to ensure safety before moving up in difficulty. If you are looking for a personal trainer, I wholeheartedly recommend Alex!

Alex is such a great trainer and human! I’ve been battling some physical health stuff for a few years now that made working out difficult but Alex has helped me get back into a routine I’m loving. My energy is more stable, I’m gaining more muscle mass and most importantly I’m showing up consistently. He’s patient, very intuitive, knowledgeable, organized and cares a lot about his clients. He works with you, always and has an incredible way of thinking outside of the box to really meet you where you’re at and the goals you’re working towards. I highly recommend him!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    In-Person Session = $120 Remote Session = $95

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first session is 100% free of charge, with no strings attached. Expect it to be about an hour long. We’ll chat about what you’re looking to get out of a training program, and do a short physical assessment — wear clothes you’re comfortable working out in. At the end of the session, we’ll talk about what a personalized program would look like for you. It will be relaxed and fun!
