- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All custom cakes are created and priced according to client’s desired theme, design, size and other special requests. Custom celebration cakes start at $200 and Custom Wedding Cakes starts at $500. Price per serving ranges from $10-$15 depending on how intricate the design will be and flavor selection. Additional detailed decorations such as sugar flowers, bows, figurines, gold or silver leaf and more, may incur added cost according to quantity and complexity of the design. All orders requires a non refundable 50% deposit to secure the date of your event. Final payment are required at least 3weeks prior to the event. We offer some package deals, please inquire for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send me the details below to start the process: a. Event Date and Time b. Location of the Event c. Event Type (Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation, etc.) d. Name of Contact Person e. Email Address f. Contact # and email address g. Allergies h. Estimated # of guests to feed with cake or treats i. Any other desserts serve separately from the cake? j. Design ideas and inspirations I process request on a first-come, first serve basis. Please be advised that due to the volume of emails I receive daily, response time will be up to 48 hours (during business hours).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management major in Culinary Arts. Working alongside well-known chefs for 7 years, molded me into an experienced Pastry Chef with a demonstrated history of working in the restaurant industry of New York City. I also have a NYC Food Handler Certificate.
