Very happy with Eric. He called and knew exactly what was needed to repair my double-hung windows. He came with Pablo, they had spare parts and the specialty tools they needed to efficiently fix my windows with minimal fuss. They even explained to me how the mechanisms work and how to keep my windows opening and closing better through a little maintenance, which I appreciated.

Amazing work! They were able to fix my window balances which no ones else could. My windows were big, discontinued and balances are hard to find. All the others were trying to get us replace whole new windows. Eric and his team came in and repair all. They delivered quality work more exactly as promised.
