FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the level of personalization and attention I bring to each session. I offer both individual and partner rates, with discounts available for class bundles to support long-term practice. There are no additional fees, and sessions can be scheduled in-home, in-studio, or virtually for your convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend the first 1–3 sessions getting to know your practice, goals, and needs so I can guide your growth. Yoga is about consistency and knowing how to get where you want to go, and sometimes you just need someone to show you the way. I work with all ages, from high school to 60s, and tailor each session to your body and experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 600+ hours of training in yoga and meditation, including 300 hours at Devvrat Yoga Sangha in South India. I’ve also completed a 100-hour meditation training in the Himalayas of India. My experience combines traditional yogic practices with modern approaches to support mindfulness, mobility, and personal growth.
