Dylan responded to my request immediately. He offered to stop by same day! We need an entry door replaced. It had water damage. He explained what we needed and never once did he try to upsell the job. He was honest about the work and the cost was fair Especially since this was not simply hanging a door. Dylan was fantastic. He explained exactly to me what he was going to do to sister my floor joist. Initially it was only one but he actually located a second one and a pipe leak causing the issue, which he also repaired. He had a very quick turn around and fair pricing for the job compared to other quotes. Would love to have him work for me again if other problems came about.
