I support my nephew with special needs, but live 9 hours away. I needed someone locally who could help put together new furniture and get rid of old furniture. Andrew and his crew did a spectacular job. Andrew was particularly good at communicating with me, which is so important since I am not nearby. They were true lifesavers and I will call on them again for sure.

Working with Safe & Sound movers was a dream for a stressful move! Andrew was quick to respond to my request in the morning after another company, on the platform, canceled last minute. I reviewed my budget, and he has been flexible to accommodate our last-minute request. Our movers, Nick and Keith, were excellent communicators both before and during the move, asking us to share our priorities and preferences for placement. They were attentive to the time, understanding our budget, and were respectful with our items, especially those labeled as fragile. They were efficient and utilized the entire allotted time. We have not used a moving company before, and the whole team exceeded our expectations. A+ service all around! Happy to recommend them as reputable movers in the Hudson Valley region.

My experience with Safe and sound moving was excellent. They got back to me within hours of the request, were competitive with pricing and were able to accommodate my schedule. They kept me informed when there was traffic on the way to avoid any surprises and communication was easy and effortless overall. They arrived on time and packed and loaded the furniture with care.
