I’ve had Mikhail come help me on two separate occasions on varying tasks like mounting storage racks, mounting an extremely heavy murphy desk, and building furniture. His work was thorough and great quality. I appreciate his attention to detail to ensure everything was exactly as I expected. He is also incredibly responsive and reliable. I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY DISHAWASHER PUMP NOT WORKING , GENTLE FIX CAME ON THE SAME DAY ACCOMODATING AN EVENING APPT SHOWED ME THE PART THAT FAILED, SHOWED THE PART THAT WOULD HAVE TO BE ORDERED AND WAS OVER THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED IT.. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMMEND
