The technician Riseldi showed up on time and conducted a diagnostic of my boiler but could not resolve the issue which he apologized for. He told me I needed a new part and he would be able to make the repair. However, during the diagnostic it caused other issues which I didn't have initially. I followed up with the technician and he has not been responsive.
