We just moved to the area. I’m not even sure we had been in the house 24 hours when a spot in the ceiling began to leak at, at least, 9 o’clock at night. We panicked, jumped on Thumbtack, and found Rico. We will be forever grateful! Rico is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and has great customer service skills. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and started work the next morning. The house even threw him an extra curveball and he rolled with it, with ease. We will definitely be reaching out to Rico with any future plumbing needs -and I believe there will be more 🤣-, because we know he’s going to get it done right at a price we can totally live with! Also, he documented (pictures) every step which has been so helpful with our insurance claim. HIRE RICO!
