Contacted me quickly back & set up job for the next day. Arrived next day during time slot given. I pointed out nest and was told they were an “aggressive type of hornet.” Took a walk around property to check for other possible issues before beginning to exterminate. Exterminated nesting area and other questionable areas. I purchased an extra year warranty. It seemed like the smart thing to do with the type of hornets, and that I was totally oblivious of the football sized nest above my side door which I went out of daily. I feel confident in the job done and would be covered by the warranty without concerns. Professional and personable. Would hire again without question.
