I booked Julia 2 months in advance of my son’s 1st birthday party for a balloon arch. I confirmed that she would be able to arrive at 9am to begin set up with the party beginning at 12pm. The communication was satisfactory leading up to the day of the party, but on the day of the party was complete and utter catastrophe and chaos. Julia sent one of her workers to deliver the arch with an ETA of 930. At 1030 he still was not there - at 1130 he still was not there. My party was in full swing and at 1230 she said he is here to set up the balloon arch! Completely embarrassing and unprofessional behavior and suggestion. Sadly, i would NOT recommend Julia’s services nor will I be giving her another chance. The only saving grace and why i gave 2 starts instead of 1 is because she refunded my deposit when she wasn’t able to deliver. Extremely disappointed. If you do book Julia, I would insist that she does the delivery herself and NOT trust one of her incompetent workers to deliver your party decor…
