This contractor is a scammer. He took my money and left behind terrible work and damaged my garden by throwing cement into the plants. Absolutely no reason to do that. He left behind garbage and a railing i have no way of discarding. Talk about take money and run. He called everyday until there was a problem. Now he blocked the number. Cement work uneven and will cost more money to fix than it was worth hiring them.
