It was a pleasure working with Steven. He came earlier than expected and was kind, professional, knowledgeable and precise. It didn't take him long to fix the problem. My thermostat had short wires and Steven knew exactly how to extend the wires and connect my new thermostat. I am pleased with the work and would definitely call them again.
