Bill was very enthusiastic about repairing gutters. He was quick to respond and also gave me professional suggestions on how I could maintain and take care of my house. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I would refer Optimal Prime Gutters to anyone who is looking to get their gutters replaced or repaired.

A few days ago, I was looking for someone to fix my gutters due to wind damage. After getting multiple estimates (three others), I decided to hire Bill Siddons from Optimal Prime Gutters—and I’m so glad I did! Not only was his pricing very reasonable, but he also went above and beyond what I originally needed. When he climbed up to reconnect the downspout, he found a bigger issue that would have caused ongoing problems. He sent me pictures to explain everything clearly and even replaced the downspout because it wasn’t in great shape—all while sticking to his original price. No surprise charges, no upselling, just honest, high-quality work. It’s clear that Bill takes real pride in what he does, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of gutter repairs. If you want someone reliable and thorough, he’s the guy to call!
