I recently had my refrigerator repaired and couldn't be more pleased with the service. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He clearly explained what was wrong, what parts needed replacement, and gave an accurate estimate before starting the work. The repair was completed efficiently, and my fridge has been running perfectly ever since. The technician was courteous, respectful of my home, and left the area clean once the job was done.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We usually charge a diagnostic fee of 50-90 dollars depending on appliance and location. This fee goes toward the total cost of the repair so it's not an extra charge. In some cases, we don't charge a fee at all.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, the customer has to tell us the issue in detail and (preferably) send us a model tag of their appliance. Then, we discuss a time for when the technician can come and check their unit.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all kinds of customers across New York, from Oyster Bay to Brooklyn.
