Hired on Thumbtack
Misdiagnosed, charged me 2000 then tried to ask for an additional 4K after already gave them money for incorrect repair. I reached out to get license and insurance information to seek recourse, they went silent. Will be pursuing ways to get money back and to get license and insurance info.
