- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the size of the project, surface preparation, and materials required. I provide free estimates, and larger projects may qualify for discounts. There are no hidden fees—everything is discussed upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule a walkthrough to understand the customer’s vision and the condition of the surfaces. I then provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, I prepare the area, protect floors and furniture, and carry out the painting with attention to detail. Finally, I do a walkthrough with the customer to make sure everything meets expectations.
