Charlene made it easy to hire her company. She responded to my request immediately & suggested we talk on the phone. After inquiring more specifically about my needs, and quoting reasonable prices for both deep cleaning & regular service, a date was set. Within 3-days, Charlene and one of her staff (Melissa) arrived promptly. We toured the house & discussed specifics, after which Melissa stayed 2-additional hours & left the place so much cleaner & tidier. I’m grateful to have discovered Five Towns Fresh Cleaning (FTFC) & look forward to regular service. They’re willing to use special products & I’ve been invited to share my cleaning priorities prior to each service date. After the deep cleaning was done, Melissa said, “I really want to make you happy.” It was music to my ears. I’m very grateful to have found FTFC & will write a follow-up review in a few months. So far, so great.

I recently had Five Towns Fresh Cleaning Services come to my apartment for the first time, and I was very pleased with the experience. Their responsiveness was excellent, and they arrived right on time as scheduled. The cleaner worked thoroughly for about 3–4 hours, and overall did a very good job. The value for the money was definitely fair, and I appreciated the attention to detail in many areas. There are a few spots I’d like to see a bit more focus on in the future, but for a first cleaning, it was a solid start. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with them on a regular basis.
